Computer donation by Mr Ernest Okrah

On my recent trip to Oy, I donated 6 Computers to Oyoko Police Station, Oyoko Methodist Primary School, Oyoko Methodist J.S.S, Oyoko Presby Primary, Oyoko Roman J.S.S and Oyoko Roman Primary School. I believe this will go a long way to strengthen the institutions in their administrative capabilities. This is not to announce to the whole world what I have done but to encourage you as an individual that "Ketewa biara Nsua" You can also play your part by contributing towards the community development. 1. The town is in total darkness, you can help by at least buying one sodium light bulb for the street lamps which cost less that £10/$15. 2. The trees in the town are overgrown you can help by buying a small chain saw that can be used to cut back the trees. 3. The Methodist park looks like desert, you can help contribute towards replanting of the grass. 4. The Roman J.S.S compound is always waterlogged when it rains, you can help by contributing towards works to divert the water. 5. Ayokwa is full of filth/debris and its banks overgrown, you can help by buying equipment for its clearance. The list goes on but with individual contributions we can make a change. Don't sit there thinking someone will do this for you. You've all benefited one way or the other from the town and its time to show appreciation by contributing towards its development. This is a town where your parents/you will be buried in future so don’t sit down for it to be in ruins, shame will be on your doorstep if you go back with your friends with all your wealth to find your town in ruins. Will you be crying like how prophet Jeremiah cried in Lamentations when he found Jerusalem was in ruins on his visit from abroad? He acted to turn things around, time to act is now so stand up and be counted.
